MORNING STAR RANCH

Morning Star Ranch (MSR) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization committed to enhancing lives of individuals in our community through meaningful therapeutic activities that promote community integration. The organization began in 1995 as the dream of a local special education teacher and functioned in a farm/ranch setting. Over the years MSR has transformed in many ways, including moving away from a ranch/farm setting. Currently MSR is funded primarily through Medicaid Waivers for services that emphasize learning activities, community involvement, employment search and retention, and promoting self-sufficiency in all our clients... We provide various levels of training and supervision to individuals living in independent settings. The intent is to assist clients in residing in their home versus a nursing home or institutional facility.
