Mount Olive College Kohima, sponsored by Sumi Baptist Church, Kohima was inaugurated on 26th July, 1992. It is ideally located in Daklane colony which is in the heart of the capital city, Kohima. The institute offers Arts stream at the Undergraduate level. The college is permanently affiliated to Nagaland University and it is covered by section 2f and 12 (B) under the UGC Act, 1956. The College has successfully completed two cycles of assessment by NAAC, Bengaluru in 2017 and 2022 with Grade 'B' at both times..
