P3WORKS

Mary Petty and Jon Snyder joined together to create P3Works, LLC, to assist cities, counties, and management districts with the creation and administration of their special districts. Special taxing districts such as PIDs, MMDs, and TIRZs are created to meet the unique needs of each city, county and management district. As such, each district is different and requires a wide range of skills to understand the impact to the residents. P3Works operates out of two offices located in North Richland Hills, TX, and Austin, TX, with principal and support staff at each location. Superior customer service by the principal and support staff goes beyond the City and onto the residents by providing, via this website, dedicated information on their special district, the nature and sum of their assessments, and answering frequently asked questions.
