Christopher A. Wolf is a founding partner of Kurz Pfitzer Wolf & Partner. He is a law graduate of the Ludwig-Maximilians-University of Munich, earned an MBA from the University of Stuttgart and is a Certified Expert for Intellectual Property Law as well as an Certified Expert for Copyright and Media Law.
Mr. Wolf also serves as president of his MBA Alumni Organization and in the board of advisors of a small venture capital fund.

Since 2005, Clemens Pfitzer has been practicing law, first in Hamburg and later in Stuttgart. In 2010, he was one of the founding partners of Kurz Pfitzer Wolf & Partner.

Clemens Pfitzer's particular expertise lies in the area of certification marks, which have been introduced in the EU since 2017. Here, Clemens Pfitzer has successfully litigated dozens of cases, thus shaping case law in the EU on the subject.

Helene Klassen-Rock passed her second state examination in the State of Hesse and the first state examination at the University of Jena. Prior to the legal clerkship in Frankfurt, Darmstadt and Gerlingen, Helene Klassen-Rock worked as executive assistant for a real estate management in Weimar. After being admitted to the bar Helene Klassen-Rock worked for a renowned law firm in Stuttgart. She joined Kurz Pfitzer Wolf & Partner in 2012.

Philipp Zander studied law at the University of Tuebingen. After graduation, he completed his legal clerkship in Stuttgart and Tübingen. During his legal clerkship, he worked for a specialized law firm in their Intellectual Property Rights and Media Law sector. After being admitted to the bar, Philipp Zander worked for a company specializing in sports management and merchandising, practiced law in a firm specializing in Commercial Law and acted as in-house counsel for a corporation in Stuttgart listed at the German stock exchange. He joined Kurz Pfitzer Wolf & Partner in 2019.

Prof. Dr. Nicolai Schädel studied law at the Universities of Bayreuth and Munich (LMU). Subsequently Nicolai Schädel obtained the degree "Master of Laws" (LL.M.) at the University of London (QMW) and was conferred a doctorate by the faculty of law of the University of Munich (LMU).
Nicolai Schädel started practice as an associate in the Duesseldorf office of an international law firm and then became partner of a law firm in Stuttgart specialized on commercial law, in particular corporate law. M&A, patent law and defending auditors, accountants, tax advisors and attorneys. In 2013 Nicolai Schädel was appointed professor for commercial law at Stuttgart Media University. Nicolai Schädel is "of Counsel" (associate not admitted as attorney) of Kurz Pfitzer Wolf & Partner since 2016, focusing on contract design and the commercial exploitation of intellectual property rights, i.a. through start-ups and joint ventures.
Roxana E. Balmes, LL.M studied law in Panama and Argentina, followed by a Master degree programm in Heidelberg, Germany, where she obtained the degree "Master of Laws" (LL.M.).
Before she joined Kurz Pfitzer Wolf & Partner in Stuttgart as associate (not admitted as attorney in Germany), she worked for lawfirms in Panama, Luxemburg and China in the field of Intellectual Property. She has longtime international experience in the management and administration of IP rights and IP portfolios. Roxana Balmes is admitted as Abogada in Panama.
