Baumann Springs is one of our regular customers for whom we provide data cabling solutions. The company requested some additional drops in their warehouse in Grand Prairie, Texas . Working in a fully operational warehouse around equipment and material requires extra care and attention. Our experienced installers carefully and quickly completed the task of mounting conduit, pulling cables, installing jacks, testing connections, and labeling/attaching faceplates.
Baumann asked us to install two Quad data outlets for future use on some new cubicle workstations. We pulled the cable out the opening with about twenty feet of slack and a four-square box with a faceplate on it. We also installed a dual data run in the same room for a printer location. There were no real challenges to this small project and thankfully they have asked us to come back on some additional projects in their warehouse.
We added two network cabinets by running shielded fiber connections into their warehouse. We then networked their CNC machines to the cabinets via CAT6 cable. Once we cabled the CNC machines, we then redid their Wi-Fi to further improve the connection out in the warehouse. Our techs also installed a dozen security cameras inside and outside the warehouse. The customer was very satisfied with our work and we enjoyed working with them.
Our team led by Clint Polly installed four security cameras along the exterior of the building. Strategically pointed at the backyard, parking lot, front, and side porches. An interesting feature we installed at the CCC included a monitor located directly by the front door for students to be aware of their surroundings at a glance and have a sense of safety as they leave the building. A hurdle our team overcame began with the installation of the wiring for the revamped security system. As the building is multistory, there was no crawl space or attic, so we had to run conduit along the edge of the interior of the building that then penetrated to the outside of the building. However, we overcame this obstacle by adding a conduit solution with no exposed cabling for more security. Our team worked tirelessly to complete this project promptly to ensure that the students at the Christan Campus Community were comfortable walking around their own building.
Cliff Price is a wholesale showroom in the Dallas Market Center that offers fashion, home, and gift products to entrepreneurs and buyers in the South. Upon completion of a remodeling job, they wanted to install new speakers. We did the installation and also balanced the audio on the existing speakers throughout the showroom and offices.

H Betti Industries in Dallas, Texas, was having some problems with their access points. Politon worked with the IT Support team to identify four out of six access points that were not working. Fortunately, the IT Support team had shipped four replacements which we installed. At the end of the day, all six access points were working as expected.
Betson is a division of H Betti Industries and is located in Dallas, Texas. They contacted us to work on their paging system. Some of the existing speakers were not working; additional speakers were needed. First, we mounted new horn and flush mount speakers, pulled new speaker wire, and toned all the speakers to make sure they were working. We then worked with the customer to test the paging system and balance the volume of each speaker.
Located in Arlington, Texas, Kimball Midwest has been a long-time customer of Politon. So when they needed some new Ethernet drops and a projector installed, we got the call. The two new Ethernet drops in the warehouse were very straightforward. For the new drop in their conference room, we were able to tone out an existing unused cable. Mounting the very heavy projector took a little more work to ensure proper support, but we were able to get everything working and aligned to the customer's satisfaction.
