Les has been delivering IT marketing solutions to businesses since the early 1990s, progressing through the ranks of some of the UK's leading Direct Marketing companies. Shortly before returning to Ireland to join PPS (formerly PHS) in 1999, Les successfully established Lloyd James Computing Services.
Les' remit at PPS extends to being head of solutions, and he and his team have been responsible for the development of many innovative and ground-breaking marketing software solutions for leading UK and Irish businesses. Fortunately for the rest of us, this leaves him little time to pursue his fledgling music career.
With over 20 years of accounting and finance experience, Mark has been Financial Controller with The Response Group since 2008. He oversees the day to day financial function and has responsibility for strategic financial planning and analysis across the group. Mark also has responsibility for HR and has been Secretary of all group companies since 2010.
Prior to joining, Mark was financial controller for large organisations in the property and retail sectors. Mark has been a fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) since 1996. His hobbies include participating in a variety of sports from athletics to Gaelic games.
Neil has over twenty years of experience in B2B marketing solutions. After 11 years with The Response Group (formerly PHS), Neil took over as Chief Executive in 2005, following which he led the transformation of the company from a B2B marketing services provider specialising in sales promotional and fulfilment to the marketing technology solutions provider it is today.

Paul has over 40 years' experience in a wide and varied set of roles in the marketing industry. He has just completed 24 years working for Omnicom, one of the world's largest marketing communication's holding companies where for the last 10 years he was Global President and COO of CPM International, initially in Europe and during the last 6 years across the Asian market. Having recently moved into a portfolio role, Paul has joined us as our independent Director.
Paul is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (FCMA), a Chartered Marketer (FCIM) and a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Accountants (CPFA). He also holds an MBA from the Cranfield Institute of Technology in the UK.
Rory joined PPS in January 2015 as CEO. He had most recently worked as founder and CEO of Branded Payment Solutions (BPS), a Dublin based payments company delivering financial services solutions including gift cards/vouchers and many other value-added electronic services at EPOS. Shortly before joining PPS, he completed the sale of the company to US payments company, Planet Payments.
Prior to 2009, he was CIO at Payzone Group and before that occupied senior roles with many large multi-national organisations - such as Autodesk, Motorola and IBM/Lotus in Europe & US. Away from business, Rory can be found sharpening his competitive edge on the tennis courts of Dublin.
