The company's management team has the expertise and experience to operate in Mississippi and sees Mississippi as an appropriate opportunity to purchase production on a cost-effective basis compared to other parts of the country such as the Eagle Ford or Permian basin in Texas or the more expensive shale plays of North Dakota and Colorado.
