Romantic Retreats was formed in 2007 by husband and wife team Konrad & Claire. Most holiday property websites list a huge number of holiday cottages and hotels and we were frustrated with the amount of time we had to spend trawling through very average listings before finding that little gem where we would love to spend our own holiday. So we decided it was time for our own collection of some very special places to stay and Romantic Retreats was born.
