Frank Cannizzaro - EVP

Frank Cannizzaro joined SFC Enterprises, Inc. in 2005 and currently serves as their Executive Vice President. Frank oversees all construction and real estate development projects within the company. Frank started working in construction as a teenager remodeling homes and from that experience decided he wanted to make a career of it. With that, he proceeded to attend Pratt Institute to develop his knowledge and career within the industry. Following attending Pratt Institute Frank shifted his career into commercial construction and development. After years of on field experience and managing projects, Frank stepped up to a higher role at SFC to his current role as EVP. He takes a hands-on approach with every project and remains intertwined with the daily performance of each individual project. Frank's role within SFC provides leadership, vision, and direction for multiple aspects of construction, including Project Management, Contracts, Field Operations, Equipment, Environmental Compliance and Safety.​ Additionally, Frank is responsible for ensuring SFC achieves its financial goals and objectives, while increasing operating performance and developing short- and long-term strategic plans. He oversees all facets of the construction process in business planning, budget preparation, forecasting and solving internal or external issues as they arise.​

Kara Gurrieri

Kara graduated Marymount Manhattan College in 2012 with a BA in Communications specializing in promotional and professional communications. Since graduating, Kara has had extensive corporate experience in several fields from administrative work to product development. She joined the team at SFC Enterprises, Inc. in 2018 as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and was promoted in 2020 to the Marketing Manager and Office Manager.

Michael Harrison Sr.

  • Construction Manager
Mike has knowledge in all facets of construction with a strong background in structural framing and interior finish. Most rolls throughout his career have been of a supervisor position whether it be a project manager or superintendent. Mike has proven to be a solution driven leader with the ability to build solid relationships built on trust and understanding, empowering teams to excel by example.

Sal Cannizzaro

Sal Cannizzaro also prides himself on the success of his Real Estate Holdings Company, SFC Enterprises, managed by his son Frank Cannizzaro, Vice President of Construction. SFC specializes in medical, urgent care, physician's offices and hospitals, with extensive experience in large commercial projects in New York and New Jersey. What makes SFC so unique is their emphasis on partnering with communities, business professionals and individuals to develop, build and bring to market properties of distinction that will endure for generations to come. Sal and Frank continue to grow the construction wing of the Real Estate Division, while managing multiple projects for their clients.

Salvatore F. Cannizzaro - Founder, President

Salvatore F. Cannizzaro began his career in the printing industry. At the age of 24, after working for several printing companies, Sal started his own printing business, Innovative Folding Carton Co., which is still operating today as WestRock.

Wanessa Vaccaro

Wanessa Vaccaro recently joined SFC Enterprises as Corporate Controller. She brings over twelve years of experience with multi-family, ground up construction financial management and residential property management. She has in-depth knowledge of real estate development as well as strategic planning, acquisition, operations, sales and marketing. Previously a member of the Shore Builders Association of Central New Jersey (SBACNJ) Board of Directors where she was also a member of its Young Professional Committee and Professional Women in Building. NJBIZ, the leading business trade publication in New Jersey, recognized Wanessa in its Forty Under 40 class for her efforts in the industry. A New Jersey licensed real estate broker and certified apartment manager, Wanessa graduated from Monmouth University Magna Cum Laude earning her Bachelor of Science degree in business administration with concentration in finance and a minor in Spanish.
