Angie is our Director of Business Development and she is responsible for guiding new owners down the path of professional Property Management. Angie has been in property management and the housing industry for many years. She has a passion for excellence and a compassionate heart for all of those in need of housing.
Angie was born in Lacrosse, Wisconsin and attended Olympic High school in Bremerton. Outside of Washington, Angie has lived in Wisconsin, Illinois, Tennessee, Texas and Maine. While in Washington, Angie has lived near and far, living in town such as Bremerton, Poulsbo and Suquamish. She worked as a Health Care worker for 20 years, Property Manager, investor and even spent some time self-employed.
Angie is a mother and loves spending time with her adult son, Robert. She is a resident of the Kitsap County area and enjoys all the beautiful outdoor features the Pacific Northwest has to offer. Angie enjoys all things outdoors from sailing to hiking, camping, fishing, hunting and traveling - all the while capturing it with a keen eye for photography.
Angie is a fun coworker within our Spinnaker family. She loves that she gets to come to work and spend time with the people at this great company. It really is just one, big family here at Spinnaker Property Management!

Leandra is our Director of Maintenance.She has been with Spinnaker Property Management for several years. In her time with the company, she has worked her way up the ladder to a great management position where she excels with her natural talent for management.
When not at work, Leandra loves to spend time with her family. She is a mother and loves to travel. Disney holds a special place in her heart and she enjoys going to Disney Land and Disney Cruises.

Taiya is one of our amazing Leasing Agents. Born in Tacoma, she attended Charles Wright and found her way to Spinnaker after graduation. She has lived in Graham, University Place and Olalla Washington. Taiya's first career is working here at Spinnaker Property Management and she loves having the experience of working at Spinnaker.
At work, Taiya is your go-to girl for whatever you need. No matter if it is help with applications, reports, leases that need written up or other day-to-day tasks, Taiya can handle it all with ease. She has also helped with showing properties in her time with Spinnaker and will only continue to expand her capabilities within the company.
Taiya is super into cars and loves spending time going to car meets and looking at beautiful cars. She also loves to travel and plans to travel more throughout her life. She has been to five countries and visits her best friend in sunny Florida often. At home, Taiya has two cats and a dog. She enjoys painting and being a really great friend.

Tami Anderson an Executive Assistant with Spinnaker Property Management. She comes from a family of loggers and grew up in the logging town of Forks, Washington. Her first job was in a shake and shingle mill at the age of 15.Tami was a successful pet sitter for 20 years before she switched gears to seek other avenues. From there, she landed in the property management realm. Once she had a taste of the property management industry, she knew this was going to be her career. She has now been with Spinnaker for a few years. Tami loves the company and her favorite aspect of the company is the coworkers she gets to share her time with daily.
Tami is married with 4 children and 3 grandchildren. She is a workaholic but also a homebody. Her hobbies are hanging out on the weekends with her friends and family, watching the Seahawks, traveling (especially to the dry, sunny weather), learning new things and snuggling with her pets. Tami has 3 dogs, 2 cats and a Pineapple-Cheek Conure, Pineapple.
