Amar has worked in the Commercial real estate industry since 2009 which allowed him to experience the power of marketing and networking through the corporate setting. Amar's passion motivated him to pursue Ground Up development, rather than serving solely as a broker.
Born and raised in Yuba City, CA, surrounded by the Central Valley's agricultural properties, he set out to combine Commercial and AgriBusiness real estate to create Sutter Equities.
Chelsea is a highly experienced commercial real estate marketing professional. She currently owns a marketing agency catering to the commercial real estate industry and serves clients all over the United States. With over 12 years of experience in this field, she has a deep understanding of commercial real estate principles coupled with a designer's eye to deliver quality materials to our clients.
As a trusted advisor to the company's leadership team, she has leveraged her expertise to help Sutter Equities grow and succeed in a highly competitive industry. Chelsea's insights and vision have been instrumental in shaping Sutter Equities' messaging, positioning, and overall market approach. Her passion for commercial real estate, combined with her strategic thinking and creativity, make her an invaluable member of our team.
Dan brings over a decade of investment banking experience to Sutter Equities. After his experience on Wall Street, Dan decided to switch his focus to Main Street. He also offers our clients over seven years of Agricultural real estate experience with an intense interest in Commercial real estate. Dans love for numbers combined with nearly 20 years of investment, sales, and marketing experience, makes him an excellent team member for Sutter Equities.
Karm is an enthusiastic and motivated real estate agent. He has managed and currently owns mattress company with his brother that has expanded to four different locations. He advises clients on acquisition and disposition strategies in Commercial and Residential real estate in the Central Valley. Karm prides himself being a problem solver and practicing open communication with all his clients.
