PLAZA RESTAURANT

Continuing to expand the Plaza Restaurant family, the land was bought in Lubbock, Texas in 2014 and plans started for a Lubbock location, adding Martin's middle son, Nelson, as a partner in that project. The 5th Plaza Restaurant opened on May 28th, 2016 in Lubbock. With a little bigger kitchen and a little bigger bar, they began serving the college town! This location has been busy, employing roughly 125 people... Our beautiful desserts are the perfect treat to top-off any of our delicious meals! We offer a wide selection of desserts including cheesecakes, chocolate cake, flan, and sopapillas. You can also try one of our specialty desserts like fruit sopapillas and tres leches cake, or pick up a whole homemade cake... Family owned and operated, The Plaza Mexican Restaurant strives to provide our guests quality Tex-Mex Dishes and the service everyone deserves.
