Ms Michele Soon brings 15 years of experience working for companies in the technology and telecoms sector in a variety of roles including corporate communications, public relations, editorial and marketing. She has worked for large technology companies such as Accenture, NCS and Vodafone.
In recent years, Ms Soon was a communications and research consultant who has worked on a variety of projects across industries for companies such as International SOS, Philips and Abbott Laboratories.
She brings strong research and project management skills to clients having managed multiple end to end projects from market research to strategy development and execution during the course of her career. She holds a degree in journalism (Honours) from the University of Texas at Austin in the USA.

Ms Tan Wei Li is a visionary and serial entrepreneur with more than 17 years of experience across various disciplines. A strategic thinker with strong attention to details, she leverages on her cross disciplinary knowledge in technology, finance, psychology, economics to develop creative business solutions across Asia Pacific, Middle East and Africa for Fortune 500 clients.
She has led regional strategic consulting engagements for companies across multiple industries such as Visa, Mastercard, Novartis Pharmaceuticals, Pfizer, Philips Medical Devices, McKinsey, Toshiba, Roche Diagnostics and many others focusing on corporate strategy, M&A commercial due diligence and market entry strategy incorporating competitor and customer intelligence. Part of her role includes providing strategic planning for organisations in areas such as business development, recruitment and internal processes.
Ms Tan has helped multiple clients deploy and execute research-based business, marketing and operational strategies which have brought about revenue growth of 20-30 percent for these companies annually.
She graduated with Bachelors of Arts, major in Economics and Psychology with minor in Statistics from National University of Singapore
