To maintain active links with Vietnamese scientists and international science organizations, become a platform of knowledge exchange between Vietnam-based scholars and Vietnamese scholars working globally... In 2008, when Prof. Nguyen TK Thanh was then a Royal Society University Research Fellow, she was nominated to represent The Royal Society at the Interacademy Panel (IAP) conference of young leaders in Science, Technology and Innovation at the World Economic Forum ("Summer Davos" meeting) "Meeting of the New Champions" in Tianjin, China.
