Andy is a Chartered Quantity Surveyor and has worked in the construction industry for over 15 years, beginning his career at Frank Haslam Milan in 2004. Having studied Quantity Surveying at Sheffield Hallam University, Andy went on to work for Keepmoat where he acted as commercial lead on construction projects of all types, up to £30m in value per year. He worked with a number of public sector clients across the Yorkshire and East Midland regions during his time working in a main contractor capacity; however in November 2014 Andy decided he wanted a new challenge and moved in to a consultancy role. Under a year later and Vision was born - servicing the requirements of clients in all sectors of construction. Since then, Andy has spearheaded the growth of Vision Construction and Consultancy and forged a successful business with a niche model that has grown through recommendation and word of mouth alone. Andy specialises in all elements of Quantity Surveying, Estimating, Contract Administration and Project Management with an in-depth contractual knowledge which has led to appointments in regard of Expert Witness testimony and dispute resolution.

Greg began his career at Frank Haslam Milan in 2004 as a Trainee Estimator and progressed to the role of Senior Estimator/Project Lead for Engie Places and Communities over a 15 year tenure. Greg was a pivotal figure in key strategic bids, working on flagship projects of up to £1bn in value notable in value and their technicality. During this period Greg obtained a degree in Quantity Surveying from Sheffield Hallam University as well as gaining a wealth of invaluable experience through undertaking, and successfully delivering, highly technical bids. This knowledge allows Greg to generate and analyse cost information on a granular level to provide our clients clarity and confidence in the cost data relating to their projects. In 2015, Greg began his journey as a consultant; servicing the requirements of a number of architects, councils, contractors and private developers. After working collaboratively with Vision on a number of projects in 2019; Greg joined the team as Pre-Commencement Director adding a wealth of skill and knowledge. Greg specialises in Estimating, Measurement, Procurement and Project Feasibility - delivering best value through a consistently detail conscious approach.
