Ben Wieber became a Consultant at Versoft in 2020. Before joining us, he attended Western Michigan University where he studied Finance and served as Treasurer of the school's Financial Services Club. Soon after graduation, he started working at LVM Capital Management where he helped manage various back-office operations.
During his time with LVM, he handled portfolio accounting, assisted with trading, and fueled system integrations as a member of their CRM Projects Committee. At Versoft, he primarily assists with technology evaluation, vendor selection, data cleanup, and system migrations. His dedication to delivering results that make a tangible difference for each firm is just one of the reasons he's received glowing reviews from peers and clients alike.
Ben is constantly exploring his home state of Michigan and the Great Lakes. He and his wife love attending concerts, camping, and trying out new breweries.
Carlie started at Versoft in 2019 as an Executive Assistant and has since seen her role expand into Project Management. In addition to managing Verity's schedule, travel, and daily tasks, she's also Versoft's eye in the sky overseeing all active project timelines, deliverables, resources, and budgeting. She's dedicated to managing projects to the best of her ability so she can keep them punctual and on-budget to give clients maximum ROI.
Carlie attended school in her home state of Oregon graduating from Portland State University with a B.S. in Communication Studies along with a Minor in Business Administration. She enjoys traveling and adventuring with her husband and friends as well as spending time with her family.
Jaclyn Marston joined our team in late 2022 as an Executive Assistant. She's quickly become an integral part of the company foundation, managing accounting, scheduling, and travel aspects of our team to ensure its success.
Jaclyn obtained a B.S. in Management and Supply Chain and Logistics Management from Oregon State University. She has four years of experience in administration and management, from Higher Education, Retail, Non-Profit and other Executive Assistant roles. Jaclyn also sat as President within an organization and raised it from the bottom 10% to the top 10% nationally within two years. Working on a variety of teams taught her how to tend to each component of a successful business and how to elevate the process for its stakeholders.
Jaclyn is motivated by enriching relationships and streamlined processes to make every project enjoyable and efficient for clients.

Jimmy Gill joined Versoft in 2023 with a mission to help advisors navigate complex technology challenges and enhance their operational efficiency through integrated and elegant solutions. With a decade of experience working with broker-dealers and investment advisors, Jimmy brings a wealth of expertise to the table.
A graduate of Fresno State, Jimmy began his career at a nationwide broker-dealer and quickly rose to a leadership role in back-office operations. While there, Jimmy spearheaded the implementation of new technology solutions and obtained Series 4, 7, 24, 27, 52, 53, 63, and 65 licenses.
Keith has been a Consultant at Versoft for over 4 years and came to us with a 20-year background in the technology sector. His time spent at Starbucks, Crane Aerospace, and Intel equipped him with skills in system training, process improvement, and software implementation. So it's fitting that he specializes in installations, upgrades, migrations, and data conversions at Versoft.

Steve Everley comes to Versoft with over 25 years in the Semi-Conductor industry including 12 years running his own consulting business. His experience in entrepreneurship, team management, budgeting, and planning makes him a great fit at Versoft. In addition to his roles as CFO and Head of Sales, he's also a co-founder and partner of the company.
