Alexis is the epitome of an adventure brewer, pumping out some of the tastiest brews from Eagle, Colorado to Wilmington, NC. Her passion for brewing sparked during her studies at Appalachian State University, leading her to pursue a degree in Fermentation Science. A combination of her adventurous spirit and science forward mind has allowed her to experiment and explore both traditional and modern styles. You won't be disappointed whether you're looking for an old-world style beer, a hoppy IPA, or a new-age funky sour! When not in the brewhouse, Alexis can be found surfing the local break, teaching a yoga class, jumping out of airplanes, or planning her next epic adventure!
