WHEAT DREAMS

Wheat Dreams brings the ancient art of wheat weaving to life. These ancient designs are historically based, from around the world, where ever long stem grains are grown. These are the patterns of life. Weavings to celebrate a bountiful harvest, weddings, births, friendship, prosperity and every other facet of daily life. When the last stocks of grain were harvested, they were lovingly woven into these ornate designs and hung in the homes for the winter in the belief that this would protect the life of the wheat. In the spring, this was the first grains planted with the prayer and hope of a good harvest.
