CAITLIN LOVELL

Ms. Lovell began her practice of law in 2018 after graduating from Creighton University. She graduated Magna Cum Laude with a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in 2015. She is a member of the Nebraska Association of Criminal Defense attorneys. She has been admitted to the Nebraska State Bar Association and to the American Bar Association.

DENISE E. FROST

Denise Frost has been an attorney since 1988. She is a member and past president of the Nebraska Association of Criminal Defense Attorneys, and is a member of the Judicial Nominating Committee for the Nebraska Supreme Court, Second District. She is a former Nebraska Assistant Attorney General, and she was a judicial law clerk at the Nebraska Supreme Court for the Hon. Lindsey Miller-Lerman. She has also earned the recognition of her peers, attaining an AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell. Like her colleague Clarence Mock, Ms. Frost has received the prestigious Don Fiedler Award for excellence in criminal defense. She is also the first female recipient of this award. Ms. Frost has represented the interests of her clients in federal and state courts in personal injury and civil rights cases. She has extensive experience as a criminal defense lawyer, and has defended clients accused of homicide, sexual assault, drug crimes, money laundering and DUI. She is highly skilled in family law, complex divorce and child support cases. She has been lead counsel on more than 75 cases in state and federal appeals courts. In state and federal courts throughout Nebraska, Ms. Frost applies cutting edge law to protect and enforce her clients' rights.

MATTHEW M. MUNDERLOH

Matthew Munderloh began his practice in 2003. Matthew MunderlohHe is a member of the American Bar Association and Nebraska Criminal Defense Attorneys Association. He is a criminal defense attorney, aggressively defending those accused of fraud and other white collar crimes, sex crimes, conspiracy and other offenses in state and federal courts. Mr. Munderloh represents persons whose civil rights have been violated by the police due to illegal arrests, illegal searches and infringements of other constitutional rights. His trial practice also includes divorce and other family law matters and the representation of individuals and businesses in employment and commercial disputes.

Michael Tasset

Michael Tasset has practiced law with Johnson and Mock since 1995. His areas of practice include defending people accused of serious crimes, securing full compensation for those injured at work or by the negligence of others and representing clients in complex family law matters. Mr. Tasset appears in state courts across Nebraska and has extensive federal court experience, mostly in the arena of criminal defense. His peers recognize him as a trial lawyer. At continuing education seminars for other lawyers, he has presented on topics ranging from drunk driving to federal prosecutorial tactics. After winning a complete acquittal after a trial in federal court in a complex mail fraud/money laundering case in 2009, he received an award from the federal criminal defense bar. More recently he was recognized with an award for his commitment to advancing a client's interests in the face of challenging circumstances and great odds.
