WSOSOA

Formally, our purpose is to "hold, and maintain property as private open space for the benefit of all Association members and constitute the Association to which reference is made in the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, Easements and Restrictions of Willow Springs Private Open Space Area." Our communities' 819 acre private open space is owned by the WSOSOA, a non-profit corporation, with representation from each of the 11 Homeowners Associations (HOA) in the Willow Springs/Willowbrook area.
