Alfred "Al" Lefeld joined Alternate Solutions Health Network in 2005 and served as Chief Financial Officer until 2020 when he moved to the Chief Transformation Officer role. While Al was CFO, Alternate Solutions Health Network grew over 800% and maintained industry-leading profit margins. He brings more than 25 years of accounting and information technology experience focused on financial analysis, business management and performance accountability.
As CTO, Al is creating the next chapter of success by spearheading initiatives to improve the quality and efficiency of patient care by an order of magnitude. He is charting our future by identifying and scaling creative ideas including payment innovation, the next generation of care delivery models, process automation, a distinctive clinician experience, and patient care insights delivered through advanced analytics.
Chad Creech is the Chief Growth Officer of Alternate Solutions Health Network. Since joining us in 2004, Chad has served as Chief Operating Officer initially launching our JV partnership model. As an integral part of our company for over 18 years, Chad has primarily focused on agency growth along with new JV partnership growth and strategic alignment in the executive roles including Development and Strategy.
Chad currently leads our strategic growth in the role of Chief Growth Officer and is focused on building collaborative partnerships with health systems across the United States. Focusing on the four key areas of growth, efficiency, quality of care, and increased profitability, Chad understands the challenges facing health systems today and is uniquely suited to guide partners through the post-acute landscape.

Robin Benoit is the Chief Human Resources Officer for Alternate Solutions Health Network responsible for all people functions. In her role, Robin is focused on the organization's overarching human capital strategy and programs that support talent acquisition, employee retention, total rewards, talent development, and corporate culture. Robin is a seasoned HR executive with close to 20 years of experience across different areas of human resources that have all included a consistent focus on communications and change management to support employee engagement.
Prior to joining, Robin worked in a variety of industries including banking, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, and insurance. She has her Masters of Business Administration from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Rhode Island College.
