The Executive Director, Dr. Roland Yeow, under the advice of the St. Gabriel's Foundation and the Board of Directors, is responsible for the administration and maintenance of the aims, objectives and traditions of Boys' Town.
Dr Roland Yeow has a Doctorate in Management - Specialisation: Organisational Learning, Development & Non-Profit Management and is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School Executive Education Programme.
He is a former resident of Boys' Town. After leaving Boys' Town, he went on to further his education at Institute of Technical Education and then at University to achieve a degree in the Engineering field. He worked in the technical and training consultancy sector before returning to Boys' Town as a youth worker in 2004 and rose up the ranks over the years.
Roland was awarded the SkillsFuture Fellowship 2022 for his contribution in mentoring and leading others in the social service sector.

Trevor graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Science in 1987 and worked in the commercial sector for many years before joining the social service sector.
He is the Director responsible for the Community Partnerships and Marketing departments in Boys' Town. His other portfolios include providing leadership support in the Volunteer Management Committee and the Marketing Committee.

Adrienne is our Director and Principal Clinical Psychologist who has over 25 years of experience working with children, youth and families.
She oversees 4 clinical services - Clinical Intervention Centre, Sanctuary Care, YouthReach and Adventure Centre. These services provide care, support and mentoring to children and youth in families, schools and communities. Adrienne also hold other portfolios including the Chairman of Internal Audit and Governance, Practice Research and Staff Welfare. Her special projects include Our Milieu Project (OMP), Leadership Training & Development and Research & Development of effective youth outreach programmes.
Adrienne graduated from James Cook University with a Masters of Clinical Psychology and obtained an academic medal award. She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy and is a three-term Social Service Fellow with NCSS. She sits on NCSS Leadership Selection Panel and on the Board of New Life Community Services.

June began her journey with Boys' Town in 2015 as a Human Resources Manager - a pioneering member of a newly established Corporate Services division to restructure internal support systems. In 2019, she became the first Head of Corporate Services and soon afterwards in 2020, took on the responsibilities of an Assistant Director.
