He holds an Executive Master of Business Administration degree from Southwest International University, the United States. He has over 24 years of managerial experience in hotel and real estate industries. Mr. Shen held multiple managerial roles in a number of reputable corporations since 1996.

Mr. Tian Hong, joined the Company on 10 August 2020 and now being the Independent Non-executive Director and the member of each of the audit committee, the remuneration committee, the nomination committee and the risk management committee of the Company.
Mr. Tian holds a Master's Degree in Business Administration from 山西財經大學(Shanxi University of Finance & Economics*) in 2009 and qualified as a senior economist of The Bank of China in 1998. He is also an independent non-executive director of Pine Technology Holdings Limited (Hong Kong listed company, Stock Code: 1079) since 4 July 2017.

Ms. Chu Ka Ying joined our company on 10 July 2020. Ms. Chu holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Corporate Governance. She has solid experience in the company secretarial field gained from both listed companies and professional firms in Hong Kong. She is an associate member of The Hong Kong Institute of Chartered Secretaries and The Chartered Governance Institute (formerly The Institute of Chartered Secretaries and Administrators).
