Our motto is to always bake our bread with earnestness. We offer our customers new styles of living borne from our breads... We want to deliver the delicious tastes of Japan to an even greater number of people. With that single thought in mind, we opened our first overseas store... Opened in November 2000 as a community-based bakery with a Japanese theme, our bakery's motto is "continually make bread with honesty of purpose," and we strive to create delicious breads making use of wheat, yeast, and other ingredients.
