In Town Properties was started in early 2002 to provide real estate Brokerage services exclusively to Sandcastle Homes, a relatively young company at the time. In Town Properties was an important catalyst in the growth of Sandcastle Homes, taking it from 12 homes in 2001 to 59 closing by 2006. A nearly 500% increase in 5 short years... Soon after, In Town Properties began providing Brokerage and marketing services to third parties. These services included helping new Sandcastle Homes customers with the sale of their existing homes, as well as past Sandcastle Homes customers with the re-sale of their Sandcastle Home. But In Town Properties also began to offer their marketing and Brokerage expertise to other builders such as ROC Homes, C. Goshy Homes, Iron Gate Homes and Allan Walter Homes...
