JACOB

Jacob is an active adjudicator for the Michigan Competing Band Association (MCBA) and color guard for the Michigan Color Guard Circuit (MCGC). He is also certified for judging in Kentucky (KMEA) and has been invited to adjudicate shows across the country. Jacob adjudicates Visual Field, Ensemble, and Effect captions. He believes that judging has contributed to his success as a designer and that his experience designing and instructing bands as well as guards gives him a balanced approach to providing feedback... From 2017-2021, Jacob served as Marching Band Director and Interim Director of Bands for Milford High School from Highland, MI. He was also a director and designer for Huron Valley Open and Odin Winter Guard who earned several Winter Guard International (WGI) Semi Finals appearances.
