Brian Knepp is the President and Chief Financial Officer of Penns Woods Bancorp, Inc. With over 25 years of experience in financial management and business leadership, Brian is responsible for the overall financial management of the organization, including accounting, balance sheet management, financial planning and analysis, treasury, investment portfolio management, tax, SEC reporting, and investor relations. Brian also oversees the organization's deposit and loan operations and facilities departments.
Brian is a graduate of Susquehanna University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant.

Garrett directs the retail and commercial efforts and market outreach within the region, while always looking for possible geographic expansion opportunities for JSSB in Eastern Pennsylvania.
Garrett is a graduate of Frostburg State University. He holds his Series 6, 63 and Life & Health Insurance licenses.

Jack Jones is Senior Vice President and Chief Banking Officer for Penns Woods Bancorp, Inc. A financial and customer service veteran with more than 20 years' experience in leadership roles in banking, Jack is responsible for the growth of the business in the Northeastern and Northcentral Pennsylvania area, using a full range of financial products and services, offered through digital banking channels and a solid retail banking network. Jack has also directed the creation and development of teams in the existing markets within the Luzerne footprint, he now brings this knowledge to the Penns Woods Bancorp, Inc. organization.
Jack is a graduate of Kings College, the Pennsylvania Banker's Association School of Banking, the Pennsylvania Banker's Association's School of Commercial Lending and Leadership Wilkes-Barre. He has also completed several Penn State Executive Programs.

Karen directs the creation and development of teams in the existing markets within the JSSB footprint, as well as building teams in prospective new market areas.
