Khmer Association for Development (KAD) is a local Cambodian non-governmental, non-profit, non-political and non-religious organization. Firstly, KAD registered as a non-governmental organization with the Council of Minister and secondly registered with the Ministry of Interior. KAD has been led by Board of Directors and Executive Committee. Board of Directors is a legislative institution and Executive Committee is an executive institution of KAD... In 2001, KAD registered as the member of World Association for Non-Government Organization and in 2006 - 2008, KAD was the member of NGO Good Practice Project of CCC that attended the monthly training workshops for two years. In 2011, KAD registered as the member of Khmer Development Program. KAD began to partner with One-2-One Charitable Trust in 2009...
