André Leblanc

André Leblanc began at mdf commerce in 2016. He occupied the position of Vice President, Marketing, before also being assigned responsibility for all corporate communications. Prior to joining mdf commerce, André occupied senior roles at Cossette Communications Marketing in media planning, brand strategy and strategic planning. He subsequently joined Piranha Advertising as Executive Vice President and helped to grow his agency from 6 to 24 employees; he sold this company in 2008. He then joined Yellow Pages as Director of Brand and Communications, where his focus was on repositioning this world-known brand. His extensive and varied experiences have allowed him to accumulate a wealth of knowledge in digital marketing for both B2C and B2B environments. He is a graduate of the Advertising program at Algonquin College of Applied Arts, and has also completed multiple courses on marketing and digital strategy.

Catherine Roy

Catherine Roy joined mdf commerce's operations in April 2019 as Vice-President, Transformation. In addition, she has served on the company's Board since 2015. Previously, she worked at Ubisoft for 15 years. Starting at the foundation of the studio she was one of the builders of the video game industry in Montreal. She first worked at Ubisoft as Producer of several games on different platforms, then as Director of Talent Management. She holds a BAA in marketing from HEC and is the recipient of the Réseau HEC "Relève d'Excellence" award. She is a certified ASC administrator and has completed the certificate in corporate governance from the Collège des Administrateurs of Laval University.

Julie Pilon

As Vice-President, emarketplaces, Julie manages the activities of six digital entities which operate in a wide variety of sectors such as online recruitment, online dating, the automotive aftermarket, as well as sales and marketing of diamonds and electronic components. In her role, she defines the strategic direction while focusing on process optimization and growth by multiplying business opportunities. Recognized for her leadership, her strategic vision and her energy, Julie knows how to surround herself with a winning team by highlighting the strengths of each individual. Her contagious dynamism and positive spirit promote teamwork and contributed to the realization of several major projects. Julie T. Bélanger

Julie T. Bélanger joined mdf commerce as Business Transformation Consultant in February 2020 and took up the role of Interim Vice President, Transformation of the Corporation in March 2021. She holds a bachelor's degree in Economics from the Université de Montréal, has her PMP and certified change management as well PROSCI. Julie has done impactful work for companies such as Bell, Telus, Videotron, and the Quebec Construction Commission, among others, in the area of Transformation, program management and strategic planning. Her extensive experience over the years have established Julie as an expert in her field as she continues to play a pivotal role at mdf commerce. Julie Bélanger joined mdf commerce in 2020 as Vice President, Human Resources. She has more than 20 years of experience in human resources management in large companies, particularly in various sectors including retail, manufacturing and air transport. Before joining mdf commerce, she was PARH Divisional Vice President at Lowes Canada where she participated in the integration and harmonization of the HR programs of two hardware giants, Rona and Lowes. Previously, she spent ten years at Transat where she participated in multiple projects including the internalization of short-range type aircrafts. She also experienced strong growth projects at Provigo, with the Loblaws brand that was establishing itself in Quebec. These various experiences have enabled her to participate in major business mergers and the complete review of the human resources service offering. She has developed her expertise in labor relations, total compensation and organizational development while honing her business acumen and leadership skills. She holds a bachelor's degree in psychosociology from the University of Quebec in Montreal.

Nicolas Vanasse is the Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary at mdf commerce. He has 20 years of business experience, including practising law and managing a legal team, as well as analyzing, structuring, negotiating and closing sophisticated commercial and corporate transactions. Prior to joining mdf commerce, Mr. Vanasse was Senior Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for eStruxture Data Centers Inc, a provider of data center infrastructure, as well as Executive Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for Lumenpulse Inc, a manufacturer of specification-grade LED lighting solutions for commercial environments. He was also Vice President, Chief Legal Officer and Corporate Secretary for Enerkem Inc., a waste-to-biofuels and renewable chemicals company, and for Aveos Fleet Performance Inc., an international aircraft maintenance, repair and overhaul provider. Mr. Vanasse previously practised law in the Business Law Group of Stikeman Elliott, one of Canada's largest business law firms, where he developed extensive knowledge of sophisticated financing and M&A transactions involving large national and multi-national corporations. His practice at Stikeman Elliott focused on counselling public and private companies, investors and investment banks. Mr. Vanasse holds a Bachelor's degree in civil law from the University of Ottawa and he also studied political science and industrial relations at Laval University. In 2010, he won the Tomorrow's Leader Award at the Québec General Counsel Awards, and, in 2014, he was finalist for the Small-Midsize Law Department Excellence Award at the Québec General Counsel Awards.

Pascal Cardinal

Before becoming President, ecommerce of mdf commerce, Pascal Cardinal had an impressive and rewarding career. He managed the North American online presence of Guillemot/Ubisoft before heading to California to become an ERP solutions expert at i2. He then returned to Montreal to lead Generation Flash and build the live audio streaming company, Streamtheworld. As founder, he led product and business development, which resulted in the 2010 acquisition of Streamtheworld by Triton Media. Pascal then spent 5 years building the SAAS platform Virtual Paper, which allowed newspaper publishers to easily monetize their content online. From there he was hired by Yellow Pages Group to lead technology and innovation for their adtech division Mediative. Finally, before joining mdf commerce, Pascal was the President and CEO of iPerceptions, a customer relationship management platform. This background allows him to play a key role within mdf commerce.

Patrick Boisvert joined mdf commerce in 2020 as IT Procurement Manager. He was promoted to Sr Director, Infrastructure & Operations, and was responsible for the IT infrastructure team's activities. Patrick has more than 25 years of IT experience acquired during his career in major companies such as CGI, National Bank, WSP Global and SNC-Lavalin.
