O TEMPO

The vast melting pot of Brazilian culture offers a great variety of foods, from the southern churrasco of the Gauchos to the exotic Amazonian dishes made from piranhas, snakes and crocodiles. In the south, the cuisine is dominated by traditional dishes of European and Japanese emigrants, while the Nord-east region has by fusion of African and native Indian cuisine, with a hint of European influence, created some of Brazil's signature dishes. It is from here, that O Tempo has its origin and heritage, the dishes we serve would make our grandmother be proud.
