Dr. John Nguyen has been Chief Operating Officer of Pusch & Nguyen Accident Injury Law since December 16, 2021. As the firm continued to grow and evolve their client-focused practice, this appointment reflected our commitment to provide high-quality legal services that clients deserve. We are constantly investing in technology, human resources, and training to meet the changing needs and expectations of our clients. Dr. Nguyen was formerly the Director of Pharmacy at two hospitals in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. In his new role, Dr. Nguyen brings a fresh perspective and leverages his skills to improve not only the internal operations of the firm, but also provide our clients with the highest level of customer service in the industry. Additionally, Dr. Nguyen handles overall daily operations by implementing and executing the strategic vision and values of founders Anthony Pusch and Chi-Hung David Nguyen. Dr. Nguyen is passionate about providing quality client service and fostering a productive, positive work culture. He puts in earnest effort to align business operations with customer and employee satisfaction. In other words, his goal is to ensure clients and staff alike have the best possible experience. Meet Mr. Anthony Pusch, one of our Co-Founder Partners who is known for his fierce and assertive approach to law. Anthony is an empathetic attorney who fights zealously for each of his clients. His dedication to justice and fair treatment is evident in his practice area of civil litigation, particularly in San Antonio personal injury cases. With his experience and passion, Anthony is the type of attorney any client would want on their side. is a Trial Attorney licensed in both Texas and Florida. He is the founding and managing partner at Pusch & Nguyen Law Firm. In his career spanning over 30 years, Mr. Pusch has obtained combined verdicts and settlements for millions of dollars for his clients. He has tried over a hundred cases to a jury verdict, with favorable results for his clients; a feat not many personal injury attorneys can match. Mr. Pusch concentrates his practice in the areas of catastrophic personal injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice and products liability. He also practices in the areas of Elder Law and Medicaid Planning for individuals. Mr. Pusch has been a member of the American Board of Trial Advocates since 2002 and has been Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law since 1990, by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is an active member in the Houston community. During his spare time, he enjoys spending his time outdoors with his three sons. Mr. Chi-Hung David Nguyen (Co-Founder Partner) is a practicing personal injury attorney who has represented clients from all over the state of Texas, ranging from minor and major car accidents to the most catastrophic injury claims. David grew up in Houston, Texas, graduating from the prestigious DeBakey High School for Health Professions and going on to the University of Houston Bauer College of Business to obtain his Bachelor's Degree. Subsequently, David earned his law degree from South Texas College of Law. David has since played in an instrumental role at Pusch & Nguyen with his knowledge, skill, and leadership to effectively counsel his clients and obtain fair compensation on their behalf. David's passion lies with helping his clients in their most time of need as David has made it his personal goal to provide individuals who are injured with the utmost, best legal care.
