Mark Rowley has been a resident of Las Vegas, Nevada since 1979. He received his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration, from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas in 1986. He spent over 8 years working for several casinos in Las Vegas, including Del Webb's Sahara Hotel and Caesars Palace. Mr. Rowley obtained his general contractors license in the state of Nevada in 1990. With the utilization of this license, he constructed 42 custom homes, tract housing and apartments. He has also developed and contracted multiple commercial projects such as; office buildings, office tenant improvements, hotel tenant improvements and neighborhood bars and grills. In the late 1990's, Mr. Rowley entered into the local neighborhood bar and grill business, that offered limited gaming machines. Between 1998 and 2005 he opened five (5) locations and spent more than eight (8) years growing and operating these businesses. This encompassed acquisition, entitlement, financing, development, vertical construction, licensing, staffing, opening and the operating of each of these businesses. Mr. Rowley applied for and received gaming licenses issued by the State of Nevada as well as the required liquor and gaming licenses issued by Clark County Nevada for each location. During fiscal years 2005 through 2007, each business, along with it's associated real estate, were all sold separately into their appropriate market niches. Concurrently in the years of 2006' and 2007' while selling off the chain of neighborhood gaming bars, he was simultaneously developing his next business model. Using decades of experience as a developer and general contractor, he assembled a fully functional business model to build loft style condominiums for the coming work force that would be needed for the expansion approximately twenty-five thousand hotel rooms in Clark County valued at $30B. As the world watch the financial markets crash, then reset in late 2007' and all through 2008', Mr. Rowley shifted his focus to the distressed residential Real Estate sector by buying, renovating and selling residential housing. By January of 2010' he became a daily participant at the Clark County Trustee Auction that lasted through 2012' when state laws were changed in Nevada. Adjusting to the change, the distressed market opportunities shifted from buying Trustees Deeds to the Short Sale and REO sectors. Adding to the repertoire of personal skill sets and tools, a Nevada Real Estate license was received in May of 2011'. Along with now selling his own product, he has developed a boutique listing business of clients that he chooses to work with. In the summer of 2016' he attended classes given by the National Association of Realtors and received a designation that only one half of one percent of Realtors across America have, the Sellers Residential Specialist or SRS.
