Shining Star Youth and Community Services offers Early Childhood Education, Family Support Services, and Head Start Programs in Chicago, Illinois... Our programs are aimed to help these families get the help that they need so they may break the stigma that comes with poor education. Shining Star Youth and Community Services takes this opportunity to help other people as a way of giving back to our beloved community and to feed our passion for helping people in need... I am grateful to God for the vision he gave me we have been in business for over 17 years of offering high quality early learning and family support services to at-risk children and their families.
