"Sketching Skills" has started with a motto to ‘Sketch India' into a skilled nation where the citizens of India are highly skilled in their relevant sectors. If the majority of the workforce is transformed from unskilled / semi skilled to the highly skilled workforce then there will be a better utilization of human resources which in turn will increase the productivity thus contributing to the growth of the nation. India has been blessed with huge amount of human resources and also the mean age of the population is 27. If we can utilize our human resources in a right way then India can become the most powerful nation in the world. Our skilled workforce is only 2% approx of the total workforce.
