Margaret Anne has over 25 years of experience in the property enquiry certificate business. She was involved in the formation of Scotland's first private sector PEC service in 1992. She is the most experienced and longest practising PEC searcher in Scotland. Margaret Anne has provided information and advice to the legal profession about Statutory Notices/Orders and any legislation that affects property in relation to the provision of Property Enquiry Certificates.
Margaret Anne has an Honours Degree in Town Planning and is a Chartered Town Planner.

Mark has over 25 years of experience in planning, development and property sectors. He has a considerable working knowledge of the regulatory processes in relation to property and the assessment and negotiation of property options/conditional contracts, ransoms and servitudes. Mark has held positions in both the public and private sectors, including main board PLC and consultancy roles. He has acted for both private clients and developers.
Mark has an Honours Degree in Town Planning, is a Chartered Town Planner, and has a Postgraduate in Land Economics and Urban Property Appraisal.
