Beckie joined Judgeday in 1995, beginning from the ground up, in the world of artist management and tour support with a variety of artists and projects. This included Tour Booking and Coordination across the UK live music scene, European shows, and Tour Management and Coordination with Peter Gabriel on a number of arena and festival tours. Over the years, Beckie's work began to focus more on events and festival production, with early events such as Soho House's legendary Babington 24 events and World Beat Festival in Trinidad. Since then, Beckie has developed her skills to become Project Manager and Production Manager on many of Judgeday's outdoor projects, and to oversee the development of Festival in a Box - which specialises in private, corporate and festival style events. Beckie has worked for over a decade with WOMAD in both the UK and overseas, taking care of the technical production. She also leads the production, licensing and operations at Cornbury Festival and The Bath Festival Finale and site & production Management at Greenbelt Festival amongst many others. With extensive experience overseeing projects from initial concept, creative design and planning, right through to delivery, operational management and post event financial reconciliation, Beckie confidently and kindly guides the rest of the team through the nitty gritty of every project - with particular focus on the logistics, health & safety and aesthetics. In addition, Beckie has successfully completed the Derby University Event Safety Diploma, and recently A Greener Festival Assessor training.

Charlotte, joined Judgeday HQ as a full-time team member after completing her Events Management degree with Manchester Metropolitan University in 2016. Charlotte first joined the team in 2015 as an intern, and made such an impression, she made the leap to move from Ipswich to Bath in 2017 where she managed both the on-site production office at WOMAD Festival and then on to Greenbelt Festival. Since then, Charlotte has become Project Coordinator at Judgeday and specifically works on the Bath Festival Finale Site Production, House Festival Site Management & Production and Greenbelt Festival Site Production as well as other events through the year. Her experience spans across site procurement, budgeting, crew management, safety systems and procedures and inter-departmental event coordination. Charlotte's attention to detail, and calm, focussed manner ensures projects are kept on track and delivered expertly. As well as her degree, Charlotte is currently finishing her NCRQ Level 6 Diploma in Applied Health & Safety

Chris has been with Judgeday for 12 years, since his graduation at the University of Southampton with a BA in Popular Music and Record Production. Whilst at Judgeday Chris has developed his skills both with events and festival site production on all of Judgeday's projects including site design and AutoCAD planning, as well as the technical production aspects of staging, equipment and artist's advancing. Chris has booked and coordinated shows and tours for various artists including David Rhodes, and worked as Tour and Production Manager for UK artist, Birdy on her live shows and promotional tours worldwide. Chris takes care of the technical elements to all of Judgeday's events, he currently overseas the Technical Production and artist advance at WOMAD Festivals in the UK and Europe, The Bath Festival, Greenbelt Festival and oversees the site and technical production at Soho House's annual House Festival. His extensive technical experience, diplomatic nature, and ability to see from both sides of the fence, has given him the skills to deliver first class events whilst ensuring that the needs of artists and clients are thoughtfully met.
Dan joined Judgeday in 2017 to oversee the company's commercial development and client liaison. Dan is a creative and innovative operational leader, with an inbuilt drive to deliver and achieve. Dan brings with him bundles of experience in sales and development.
David Taraskevics is the founder and owner of Judgeday. He has spent his entire working career in the music industry, which saw his early days working in sound and lighting for legendary artists such as Mike Oldfield, Wham! and the Thompson Twins. This quickly led on to what became a 35-year working relationship with Peter Gabriel, WOMAD Festival and Real World Studios. David has been Peter's Tour Director since the late 80s, and the logistical machine behind all of his spectacular, theatrical and ground-breaking shows. Other notable projects include David's role as Tour Director with Kate Bush ‘Before the Dawn' at Hammersmith Apollo, Robert Plant tours and Birdy. He is also the Production Director with Soho House Festivals, and currently Technical Production Director with the internationally acclaimed WOMAD Festivals. David has a wealth of experience and knowledge across the intricacies of global touring, live shows, technical production, audience experience and delivering high level events. His tenacity for problem solving, thorough understanding of event and show production, and his clarity to oversee projects from concept right through to delivery means he is well placed to consult across all of Judgeday's projects. In addition, David has represented a number of artists in a management capacity, and has an in-depth knowledge of the business side of music, including catalogue management, licensing & publishing, negotiating contracts and the welfare of recording and touring artists.

Having trained at the Stella Alder Conservatory in New York in 2011, Natty returned to the UK and worked as a freelance Event Manager and Artist Liaison for Judgeday at House Festival, Cornbury Festival and in 2014, as Logistics Coordinator for Judgeday on the Kate Bush ‘Before the Dawn' concerts. Natty now project manages many of the company's Festival in a Box projects as well as Far Fetched Theatre - a fledgling theatre company passionately encouraging experiential play, and active learning. Her experience comes from the creative arts, and Natty is never more happier than when coordinating the artistic, theatrical and logistic elements behind an event. A great team player, and focussed on delivering outstanding and memorable events.
