Andrew has more than 23 years experience of engineering, programme and supply chain management, gained at a senior level.
As Engineering and Sourcing Director for an Aerospace OEM Andrew led and implemented significant re-structuring. His work delivered a direct profit contribution via engineering advancements and savings through sourcing improvements.
During his time as Commodity Director for a major Global aerospace company, Andrew was responsible for $600 million of spend and developed commodity teams to deliver savings through robust sourcing strategies.
His career includes senior operational, general management, programme management and consulting based roles in which he delivered significant performance improvement.
Andrew has a strong mix of strategic and operational capability, which he combines effectively to deliver rapid but sustainable change and improvement.
John joined Core Partners as Chairman in 2009. He has successfully built and run a niche consulting business, which has operated for over 20 years in a number of European countries. This became and remained a consulting partner of choice for many clients, delivering development initiatives in major international organizations.
John also brings a wealth of operational experience gained at senior levels in a number of major organizations. Beginning his career in avionics he has maintained close contacts with the aerospace industry.
John's abiding interest is the practical application of development especially in the discipline of Project and Program management. The development of 21st century tools and approaches to personal, team and organizational development has been key to his success.
John has lived and worked in several countries and speaks English, French and German.
John has a wealth of multi-functional senior management experience gained mainly in the Electronics industry, both with leading global OEM and EMS companies.
John's substantial and wide-ranging management experience includes senior positions in Operations, Logistics, Finance and HR. In addition, during the past 15 years, he has held senior Europe-wide Business Development, Marketing and Customer Management roles with leading Electronics Design and Manufacturing Services companies.
Building strong relationships and trusting partnerships with executive level clients is one of John's major strengths. He has worked closely with global blue-chip customers in several different industries, including Aerospace and Defence, Networking Communications, High-End Computing, Medical/Healthcare and Industrial/Commercial companies.

Richard is a Chartered Accountant and experienced consultant, working with organisations to improve their performance and profitability through a variety of process improvement and strategic cost management techniques.
As a Principal Consultant with Coopers & Lybrand, PwC and IBM, Richard was widely recognised as a leader in Activity Based Cost and Profitability Management. He has worked across a range of sectors including: retail, distribution, mail order, manufacturing, business services, food processing, financial services and the public sector.
