Angee Bruce is FG's primary telephone receptionist and is likely the first voice you will hear when you call. She is also responsible for client scheduling, client care, and all-around problem solving. Angee joined our team after many years in telephone customer care for T-Mobile. Her customer-centric focus puts our best foot forward in dealing with our many wonderful clients.

Charles has been with Foundation Group since 2005. Prior to that, being a lifelong native of the Nashville area, his first marketing job was creating advertisements for record labels and music artists while working in the in-house advertising department of a music store chain. He later moved into the nonprofit world, spending a number of years in marketing and communications at United Way of Metropolitan Nashville. At Foundation Group, Charles and his team make sure that those wanting to start a new nonprofit organization, or to keep an existing organization IRS and state compliant, are able to find Foundation Group online; as well as producing email communication and other content for our clients. Charles is a graduate of Tennessee Technological University and holds a B.S. in Marketing. He lives in Nashville with his wife and two boys.

Dee oversees our nonprofit formation department. She is Foundation Group's longest tenured team member and has been with FG since 2001. A native of Maine, her diverse career has spanned everything from being an Army M.P. in Germany and Alaska to working in logistics support for both international banking and Japanese international trading companies. In the early 90s, Dee moved into the nonprofit world for good, working with both United Cerebral Palsy and as a church administrator. For the past 15 years, Dee has headed up our formation services for new nonprofits. Few nonprofit consultants anywhere understand half as much about the tax exemption process than Dee. She has worked with thousands of nonprofits nationwide and knows what it takes to get new organizations properly established. Dee and her husband live in Hermitage, Tennessee and stay busy spending time with their children and nine grandchildren.

Proudly raised in New Jersey, Heather attended Tennessee State University and earned a degree in Psychology. She has started her own ministry, which assists the homeless and helps former inmates transition back into society. Heather has two children, and they love to vacation at the beach and in Gatlinburg, TN. Heather was a general manager in retail for over 10 years before joining the Foundation Group team. She loves helping our clients and enjoys assisting with their first steps into the Formation process.

Jim Powell joined our sales team in early 2015 and brings with him more than 25 years of experience matching clients with precise solutions. In addition to his sales acumen, Jim also has a heart for children's programs, having worked with Big Brothers/Big Sisters, as well as coaching youth and middle school football. He is a US Army veteran, a family man (he helped raise 6 kids!), and an Alabama Crimson Tide fanatic. Jim and his family make their home in Orlando, Florida.
