On this 1st of April 2018, a new initiative captioned " Anil Jain Institute of Mentoring & Leadership Development" has been launched. It is a new concept conceived and designed by Prof. (Dr.) Anil Jain conforming to ISO 17025 : 2017 Standards written by the International Organization for Standardization , Geneva , Switzerland . The objective of this Program is to provide Structured Guidelines , Mentoring , Advisories and Hand-holding to fresh Graduates to become employable . More than a million graduates pass out every year and find themselves unemployable in business and industry.
