Changing Life Family Counseling Services, Inc. is a 501c3 nonprofit organization established in October 2015 under the leadership of Dr. Wilner Blanchard, Christian and secular psychotherapist working in Orlando , Florida, Orange County and providing psychotherapy and counseling services to individuals, children and their families... We want to ensure that we are teaching the whole child and providing each child a learning experience that meets his/her personal needs.
