Joint housing and sharing living space in many variants and forms is more responsibility for the environment. As you share a resident with a garden and the facilities in the house in consultation with the main tenant / caretaker and roommates. It is better towards your own carbon footprint and in return very friendly to your wallet... We are a small but effective organisation, started by brother and sister in a general partnership.
