Colin leads the Alternative Investments Team and is responsible for executing the Global Real Estate Strategy overseeing strategy design and structuring, implementation and oversight of acquired assets for the Global Real Estate Strategy. He was previously responsible for developing the Canadian Real Estate Strategy's Asset Management Program. As a Senior Management Consultant, he worked globally at the CEO and board level to develop strategic plans and to design and implement growth and cost management programs for several large and medium-sized companies in various industries.
As a former investment banker, he advised on real estate transactions involving in-house real estate strategies and third-party investors. He also advised Mark Carney (then Governor of the Bank of Canada) on Canada's financial stability during the financial crisis. Colin holds a B.A. and a B. Comm., both with Distinction from Queen's University, an MBA with Distinction from Harvard University and an ARCT with Honours from the Royal Conservatory of Music. Julie was formerly Vice President at TD Harbour Capital, where she handled client service, trading and operations for high-net-worth clients. She has prior experience with several leading firms in the Canadian brokerage industry. Julie holds a B.A. in Economics from Simon Fraser University. She is a member of the firm's Operating Committee, and the Executive Lead for key talent development programs including the Rotational Analyst/Associate program, the Summer Internship program and Women in Leadership initiatives.

Before that, Mike was at Credit Suisse Asset Management Group ("CSAM"), where he was a portfolio manager in the Structured Equity group. Before joining CSAM, he was a portfolio manager and quantitative research analyst at Chancellor/LGT Asset Management. Mike is an author (with co-authors Bill Priest and Steven Bleiberg) of Winning at Active Management: The Essential Roles of Culture, Philosophy and Technology. Mike holds a BA degree in Computer and Information Science from Colgate University. He is a member of the New York Society of Security Analysts and the Society of Quantitative Analysts.

Her experience extends to roles at investment management companies, brokerage firms and a large public accounting firm, where she audited mutual funds. Toni holds a B. Comm. from the University of Toronto. She is a member of the firm's Operating Committee, and Chair of the firm's Policy Oversight Committee and Trade Management Oversight Committee.
