After obtaining his degree, Andy began his Engineering career with HECO (Holladay Engineering at the time) in 1999. He has managed a variety of projects and is one of HECO's leading authorities when it comes to municipal water and wastewater engineering.

Since joining HECO in 2017, Brett has played a significant role in expanding our electrical engineering department. He is a key member of our team and assists in broadening our service offerings to our clients.

Raised in the Yakima Valley in eastern Washington, Doug and his wife lived in the Seattle area until 2000 when they relocated to Idaho. Doug began working with HECO in 2005 and has since become an integral part of our team as a leading authority on municipal and federal projects.
Doug currently serves as the City Engineer for Payette, Idaho; his specialty is geotechnical engineering. After beginning his career as a geotechnical consultant in 1987, he has been the project leader for more than 400 projects in Idaho, Washington, Montana, Oregon, and Wyoming. He has worked on transportation, municipal, commercial, and industrial projects, with the scopes of work on these projects ranging from designing only the geotechnical aspects of the project to being responsible for the overall design. Geotechnical experience includes all aspects of site investigations, both permanent and temporary shoring and retaining systems, landslide stabilization, foundation engineering - deep and shallow - seismic design, soft soil mitigation, pavement design, and earth dam design.
Raised in Boise, Idaho, Joe pursued his education out of state, and was glad to return to work in Idaho after receiving his degrees. Joe came on board in 2018. He provides experience for Federal and Industrial projects.
After obtaining his degree, John began his engineering career with HECO (Holladay Engineering at the time) in 1993. He stepped into the role of President in 2016 and has since led the HECO team through several successful projects and drastic growth spurts.
After obtaining his degree, Mike began his Engineering career with HECO (then Holladay Engineering) in 1993. He has played a key role in the company's growth and quality control departments.
Rick has extensive experience with project management that has served him well and added significant value in his few years thus far with HECO.
