IC NETHERLANDS

The previous joint venture IC Netherlands B.V. between Germany-based International Campus Group S.à r.l., DENZ Holding B.V. and MKED Holding B.V. has been dissolved in mid-December 2020. Dutch based DENZ holding B.V. has taken over all of the shares previously held by International Campus Group S.à r.l. and MKED Holding B.V. and will continue to operate the existing business, most importantly the operation of the portfolio located in Amsterdam and Rotterdam with almost 2000 apartments, under a different brand in the future other then The FIZZ.
