Azmi Abdul Halim

Azmi is an experienced HR practitioner in organisational development, talent management, succession planning and change management. As a certified trainer at the Toyota Asia Institute, Azmi facilitated the global Toyota Managers Training Program in Malaysia by training managers from various background and functions to realise their leadership potential in their respective fields.

Christopher Yip

Christopher brings with him over 20 years of corporate leadership experience. With the last 18 years at Johnson & Johnson, he led teams across the region and sat on global management teams representing Asia Pacific. His corporate experience includes leading as a change agent in global transformation programmes to negotiate, align, collaborate, influence and deliver the intended outcomes. Prior to that, Christopher spent 5 years in the banking sector with Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce and Banque Paribas; and 3 years with Singapore Petroleum Company. Today Christopher is a professional Leadership and Executive Coach. He offers his clients a reliable process to help them gain traction on the things most important for their success. He supports his clients to create observable changes that are relevant and aligned with stakeholders that matter. Christopher coaches a broad spectrum of professionals, business owners and corporate executives in finance, healthcare, technology and design.

Herry Setiawan

Herry Setiawan wears many hats. With his educational background in the Food & Beverage industry, Herry chose to spend 15 years in the futures and commodities industry, servicing clients and serving as Head of Department. Herry took his love for client service to Innovative Formula where his commitment to give clients the best drives him. A self-taught graphic designer, Herry designs the beautiful workshop slides, workbooks and collaterals for the Innovative team in the region. He also supports in doing the research and preparation for workshops. On top of that, Herry works on the monthly accounting for the Indonesian office, ensuring the smooth operations of the company's operational and regional support needs.

Lilian Beh

Lilian is a partner at Innovative Formula and has over 18 years of corporate, training, facilitating and coaching experience. Her enthusiasm and passion to work with people had led her to pursue a second career in people development. Lilian works closely with her audience to draw out the unsaid, to find the courage to change and to extend their reach. She helps them simplify the complex.

Marilyn Yim

Marilyn possesses over 19 years of experience in the retail and hospitality industry. Having served with luxury and popular lifestyle brands, her expertise is in Retail Sales, Operations and Customer Relations. Marilyn's achievements include managing portfolios in excess of RM 50 million turnover and teams of more than 150 personnel. Her areas of specialisation include brand management, customer relationship management, merchandising, retail store operations, recruitment and training & staff development. She has successfully trained teams from various parts of the world including Singapore, Hong Kong, United Kingdom, Vietnam, India, the Middle East and Australia. Marilyn is a Certified Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner & Coach by ABNLP and a Certified Time Line Therapy ™ Practitioner and Hypnotherapist. She is also a certified Life Orientations (LIFO) Trainer and has certification for Teaching English as a Foreign Language (TEFL).

Roz Husin

"Roz Hussin holds dual professional qualifications in architecture and education. She began as an adjunct faculty while practicing in industry, later shifting to full-time academia and management." Roz has worked in the US, Asia, Africa, and Middle East, in positions including - Associate Director of Academic Quality Assurance and International Corporate Development, Instructional Design Technology Specialist, Curriculum Coordinator, faculty, instructor, Coach, Program Technology Tutor, and Camp Director. Roz has always been an early adopter in technology immersion learning -owning her first PC in 1979) and her first Macintosh in 1987. She wroteher thesis on work-based mobile learning as early as 2002, her first Stanford University education MOOC just 10 years later, and spearheaded pilot Blended Learning Bootcamp for university professors in 2017. Today, Roz's roots in architecture continue to influence her out-of-the-box pedagogy and change-management strategies. Her expertise is in coaching online competencies and mentoring work effectiveness. Her research interests are in Heutagogy (self-determined learning) and Third Culture Kids (TCK).

Yap Swee Pheng

Swee Pheng has had over 20 years of corporate experience in the hospitality, financial services, business processes outsourcing (BPO) and telco industries. Swee Pheng's passion and energy for change and performance is apparent to the people that she works with. She specialises in employee & customer engagement, people development, culture transformation, change management and employee communications. Swee Pheng comes across to her audience as a witty, open and always optimistic facilitator, offering her audience different perspectives. This allows them to see things from differing points of view, while keeping their feet well grounded. Swee Pheng has delivered client projects for both government-linked companies (GLCs) and multinational corporations. Swee Pheng graduated with a degree in Business Management from the University of Toronto, Canada, and is a Certified Trainer.
