Arta Beqiraj Is the operations manager at IQ to Link as well as supervisor of all team leaders and agents. Arta lived many years in Switzerland. After moving back to Kosovo, she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Banking, Finance and Accounting. Her responsibilities as operations manager include planning, coordinating and executing of production schedules. She has been working successfully for over eight years in the telecommunication industry, leading many different Call Centers in Prishtina. Due to her multilingualism and her local experience, Arta Beqiraj makes a great addition to our company.

Oliver Derler, managing director of IQ-to-Link GmbH, has been managing various companies for over 20 years. Among other things, he was responsible for the service organizations of various national and international locations in management and executive functions.

Taulant Papuqi is the production manager and completed two Bachelor degrees. One in business administration in 2008 and a further one in management and computer science in 2012. In the past years he worked as CFO in two of the best-known companies in Kosovo: Homologimi and "M&Sillosi - Devolli Corporation". Taulant speaks five different languages including his mother tongue Albanian, as well as German, English, Spanish and Serbian. He enriches our team and manages the organization, execution and control of production issues.

Tranda Gjonbalaj is the account manager at IQ to Link. In 2015 Miss Gjonbalaj decided to move back to her parents' birthplace, Kosovo, after living over 22 years in Germany. There, she graduated with a Bachelor's degree in English, Spanish and German from the University of Trier. Because of her multilingual expertise and the ability to function as a medium between the German and Albanian culture and tradition, Miss Gjonbalaj fulfills all requirements for the position as Account Manager. Our youngest team member is always innovative, creative and dynamic. Not only does she take on challenges and projects for the clients, she also works towards achieving satisfying results for our company.
