Kappa Oil sh.a. was established in 1992, by its present President Dr. Krenar Lasko, as the first trading company of lubricants and car accessories to ever operate in Albania... We are suppliers of some very important public enterprises such as Interior Ministry, Defence Ministry, Power Stations, Albanian Post, Railways, Seap orts, Albpetrol, Albanian Refinery etc.
