Mande Limbu is the Managing Director and is also esponsible for overseeing KenDBTech operations and procedures, and ensuring that the company's finances and administration align effectively with the strategic goals. She is charged with enhancing the infrastructure needed to ensure effective service delivery and shaping the company's future growth strategy. Mande has a degree in law from Georgetown University and eight years of experience in senior management roles in high-growth organizations. She has experience with government contract compliance requirements and a demonstrable ability to ensure adherence to applicable laws, regulations and policies. Mande has excellent ability to operate as a strategic thinker and possesses excellent judgment and creative problem solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
