Establish the Rules for the Certification and Recertification of Marine Chemists, which shall be adopted by the NFPA Board of Directors.
Act on applications for certification and recertification as a Marine Chemist or registration as a trainee.
Suspend, cancel or revoke a certificate in accordance with the Rules.
