Mr. Lattin is a partner whose practice focuses on civil litigation, particularly complex commercial litigation and arbitration. He has served as lead counsel in numerous jury trials, bench trials, and arbitrations, and has argued before both Nevada state and federal trial courts, the Nevada Supreme Court, and the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Lattin has handled numerous complicated real estate claims, complex commercial matters, construction and environmental claims and malpractice defense cases involving architects and engineers, as well as other professionals.

Mrs. Rafferty has been actively involved in the community as a supporter, advisor and/or member of various charitable boards and committees including the University of Nevada Reno Foundation, Community Foundation of Western Nevada, Nevada Women's Fund, Transforming Youth Recovery, South Reno Babe Ruth, Washoe Little League, and Bishop Manogue Catholic High School Development Committee. She is a regular volunteer of legal services, providing consultation and seminars on behalf of local non-profits and the legal community in her practice area. Mrs. Rafferty also serves as legal counsel for several charitable private and public foundations and entities within the local Nevada community.
Mr. Hsu is a shareholder who has spent his entire legal career at the firm following his graduation from the University of Michigan Law School in 1994. Mr. Hsu's practice encompasses a wide variety of subject areas in civil litigation, commerical, and administrative disputes, as well as representing both public agencies and private individuals and businesses. He has a no-nonsense approach to solving and analyzing risks for a client in an effective and efficient manner while providing zealous advocacy.
